NOVELTY - Producing concrete water reducing agent comprises (i) taking 180-200 pts. wt. methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether, 7-9 pts. wt. sodium styrene sulfonate and 100-120 pts. wt. water, then heating to 40-55degrees Celsius, stirring for 30-40 minutes to make it dissolve to obtain mixed solution; (ii) adding 60-90 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution and 8-13 pts. wt. acrylamide polymer in the mixed solution in the step (i), stirring and mixing for 20-30 minutes, adding 5-8 pts. wt. oxidant, after reacting for 30-35 minutes, adding 10-12 pts. wt. reducing agent to react for 30-60 minutes at 55-60degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours; and (iii) adding acrylic acid into the solution after heat preservation, mixing for 30-40 minutes, then adding 28-30 wt.% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to adjust the pH to 6-7, cooling to 20-25degrees Celsius, adding 10-15 pts. wt. calcium lignosulfonate, 5-15 pts. wt. rutin, and uniformly mixing to obtain the concrete water reducing agent. USE - The method is useful for producing concrete water reducing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method: adds acrylamide polymer, which can reduce the viscosity of the cement slurry body, reaches the effect of blocking mud, can improve the slump retaining performance of the concrete, which is good for improving the compressive property of the concrete, adds sodium lignin sulfonate and rutin in the water reducing agent, which can improve the anti-chloride ion permeability of the concrete.
