▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Metallocene supported catalyst composition comprises metallocene compounds, aluminum organometallic compounds, boron compounds, polyethyleneimine and catalyst support. USE - The metallocene supported catalyst composition is useful in olefin polymerization for producing olefin polymer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metallocene supported catalyst composition: has improved activity, short process time, improved efficiency because it is advantageous in terms of energy efficiency; and is possible to obtain a polymer having good mechanical properties and molecular weight distribution by improving polymerization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT claims are also included for preparing supported metallocene catalyst, comprising (a) mixing a metallocene compound of formula (Z(R1R2Cp1)AMQ2) (I), an aluminum organometallic compound, a boron compound, and polyethyleneimine, (b) adding and supporting the mixture of step (a) on a catalyst carrier, (c) heating the mixture of step (b) at 40-60° C for 30 minutes-24 hours and (d) washing the mixture of step (c) with an organic solvent and vacuum drying; and preparing an olefin polymer using the supported metallocene catalyst composition for olefin polymerization. M=group 4 transition metals; R1 and R2=1-20C alkyl, 1-20C alkenyl, 1-20C alkylaryl, 1-20C arylalkyl, 1-20C aryl or 1-20C alkyl including O or N; Cp1=fused ring including cyclopentadienyl ring capable of ligand binding with a central metal; A=cyclopentadienyl, fluorenyl, indenyl, amido (all are optionally mono-to poly-substituted by alkyl or aryl groups) or phosphino group (optionally substituted); Z=bridge connecting (R1R2C ) and A by a covalent bond, or absent, preferably 1-4C alkenylene, dialkyl silicone, dialkyl germanium, alkyl phosphine or amines; and Q=halo, 1-20C alkyl, 1-20C alkenyl, 1-20C alkylaryl, 1-20C arylalkyl, 1-20C aryl, 1-20C alkylidene, amido, 1-20C alkoxy or 1-20C phenoxy (all are optionally substituted).
