▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The assembly (100) has an electronic housing (1) arranged an electronic element and a heat dissipation system. Electronic components (3) are arranged on a support surface (4) of the housing. The heat dissipation system is arranged between the electronic components and the support surface. The heat dissipation system is formed by a Graphene layer (9), where thickness of the Graphene layer is about 2 nanometer or 0.9 nanometer. A cooling circuit (2) circulates a cooling fluid, and is arranged under the support surface in contact with the electronic components. USE - Electronic assembly for an electric machine e.g. generator, alternator and alternator starter, of a machine assembly of a motor vehicle (all claimed) i.e. thermal, electric or hybrid vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The assembly improves cooling system by increasing cooling surface to limit damage due to thermal effects by lowering temperature. The Graphene layer improves heat dissipation under electronic components so as to distribute temperature uniformly in a plane of support by conducting heat over entire surface and eliminate hot spots located under the electronic components. The assembly avoids overheating of the electronic elements so as to maintain optimum operation of the electronic assembly by preventing deterioration.
