▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene laminate comprises a substrate; an interfacial adhesion layer formed on the substrate; and a graphene layer formed on the interfacial adhesive layer. The interfacial adhesive layer adheres the substrate and the graphene layer, and includes silicon-oxygen bond, silicon-carbon bond and/or silicon-oxygen-carbon bonds. USE - The graphene laminate is useful in organic electronic device i.e. organic thin film transistor, organic solar cell, organic light emitting diode, organic memory device, memristor, and varistor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate provides organic electronic device having excellent electrical characteristics, and has excellent thermal, mechanical and chemical stability, and strong interfacial adhesion to substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene laminate comprising (a) coating a graphene precursor on the substrate to prepare substrate coated with the graphene precursor, (b) irradiating UV/ozone on the graphene precursor-coated substrate to prepare crosslinked substrate/interfacial adhesive layer/graphene precursor, and (c) placing the metal catalyst on the crosslinked substrate/interfacial adhesive layer/graphene precursor, and heating.
