▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/polysiloxane spun fiber film comprises graphene/polysiloxane micro or nano-fibers. The nanofibers have a diameter of 0.5-10 mum. USE - Graphene/polysiloxane spun fiber film is used for electrochemical application, catalytic application, sensor, adsorption and separation, flexible electronic element, and medical engineering application. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polysiloxane spun fiber film is produced by regulating degree of polycondensation, degree of crosslinking and structure of the polysiloxane prepolymer for spinning, precisely controlling the polysiloxane sol-gel chemical process of electrostatic spinning in a short period of time, and supplementing by graphene support to enhance fiber performance. The method for producing the graphene/polysiloxane spun fiber film solves the technical difficulties of curing and molding of the polysiloxane spun fibers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene/polysiloxane spun fiber film, which involves fully dispersing the graphene in a dilute silane solution and stirring to obtain a stable graphene suspension, uniformly mixing the graphene suspension with a polyfunctional silane monomer, adding a catalyst, performing hydrolysis pre-condensation reaction, removing small molecules under reduced pressure to obtain a graphene-containing polysiloxane prepolymer, dissolving the graphene-containing polysiloxane prepolymer in an organic solvent to prepare a polymer spinning solution, and electrostatically spinning.
