▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Sub-band flexible optical detector is prepared by printing molybdenum disulfide layer, graphene layer, boron nitride layer on substrate, printing platinum diselenide layer back side of the substrate, and printing silver layer as electrodes on both sides of the molybdenum disulfide layer, graphene layer, platinum diselenide layer and on boron nitride layer. The thickness of molybdenum disulfide layer, graphene layer, boron nitride layer, silver layer and platinum diselenide layer are 1-10 mu m. USE - Sub-band flexible optical detector. ADVANTAGE - Sub-band flexible optical detector uses two-dimensional platinum diselenide material which is also printed on the back side of the substrate to achieve mid-infrared response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for printing method of the sub-band flexible light detector based on inkjet printing technology.
