NOVELTY - An organic-inorganic composite thermally conductive filler comprises 0.5-10 wt.% graphene oxide, 2-20 wt.% hyperbranched polymer, 0.3-2 wt.% coupling agent and 68-95 wt.% phenolic resin-coated thermally conductive inorganic filler. The hyperbranched polymer is hydroxyl terminated. The phenolic resin-coated thermally conductive inorganic filler has phenolic resin content of 2-20 wt.%. USE - Organic-inorganic composite thermally conductive filler used for thermally conductive thermoplastic resin and thermally conductive thermoset composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite thermally conductive filler comprising grafting hyperbranched polymer end groups with graphene oxide; carrying out coating treatment of phenolic resin thermally conductive filler and adding coupling agent; carrying out surface modification treatment with product in first step, reacting at 130-160 degrees C for 2-6 hours under nitrogen reaction.
