▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/polyimide thermal conductive film preparation involves adding a polyamic acid nanoemulsion using water as a medium to a graphene dispersion by using water as a medium, and then stirring to obtain graphene/polyamic acid composite slurry. The obtained graphene/polyamic acid composite slurry is sequentially self-assembled into a film, imidization, carbonization, and graphitization. USE - Method for preparing graphene/polyimide thermal conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene/polyimide thermal conductive film in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with reduced thermal resistance of the interface between the graphene sheet and the sheet inside the thermally conductive film and improved thermal conductivity.
