▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene coated tricobalt tetraoxide powder comprises (i) tiling tricobalt tetraoxide base powder, evacuating to a pressure of 1 mTorr and introducing argon, hydrogen, and methane at a gas flow ratio of 9:10:1-5 by maintaining a pressure at 1-90 Torr; (ii) turning on microwave plasma at 300-500 degrees C for carrying out reaction for 30-120 minutes, stopping methane gas, cooling non-oxidizing gas to room temperature, turning off non-oxidizing gas, evacuating vacuum to a pressure of 1 mTorr, and introducing air under atmospheric pressure. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene coated tricobalt tetraoxide powder. ADVANTAGE - The method produces powder of small layer of scaly graphene with good coating uniformity.
