▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A heterogeneous titanium catalyst is prepared by adding graphene oxide and amino acid into solvent, reacting in inert atmosphere, introducing acidic gas containing sulfur and/or nitrogen, continuously reacting, adding titanate, continuously reacting to obtain loaded titanium-nitrogen and/or titanium-sulfur partially reduced graphene oxide nanoparticle dispersion, and processing. USE - The method is used for preparing heterogeneous titanium catalyst for synthesizing PBAT for fast food box, food beverage and other film-blowing food package. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst can be directly used for synthesis of PBAT, has strong hydrolysis resistance, greatly inhibits occurrence of tetrahydrofuran side reaction, and reduces 1,4-butylene glycol usage. The synthesized PBAT improves water vapor and oxygen barrier properties of polymer film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a method for preparing polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) of composite graphene comprising esterification reacting heterogeneous titanium catalyst , terephthalic acid, adipic acid and 1,4-butylene glycol into reactor, vacuum standing, vacuumizing and constant temperature reacting and granulating polymer melt; and polybutylene adipate terephthalate of composite graphene comprising catalyst.
