▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of ion-conductive membrane involves dissolving a non-charged water-insoluble polymer resin, a charged water-insoluble polymer resin, and an electrically neutral water-soluble polymer resin in an organic solvent, mixing evenly, and evaporating the solvent to form a film, interacting the charged water-insoluble polymer resin interacts with the electrically neutral water-soluble polymer resin, inducing the electrically neutral water-soluble polymer resin to uniformly rearrange, after completing the volatilizing of the solvent, immersing in water to removing uniformly aggregating the electrically neutral water-soluble polymer resin. The ion-conductive membrane comprises a graphene-type structure. USE - Preparation of ion-conductive membrane used for liquid flow battery e.g. vanadium flow battery, zinc-iron flow battery, zinc/cerium flow battery, vanadium/bromine flow battery and iron/chromium flow battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and environmentally-friendly preparation of ion-conductive membrane capable of controlling the thickness of the graphene, easy to realizing the mass production, and providing battery with excellent battery performance, and capacity retention rate.
