NOVELTY - The method involves providing first functional filler, first polymer material and a co-agglomeration medium, and adding first functional filler and first polymer material into the co-agglomeration medium to form a mixed solution. Second functional filler, second polymer material and an auxiliary dispersing medium are provided. Second functional filler and the second polymer material are added to the auxiliary dispersing medium to form second mixed solution. Second mixed solution forms second functional part on the surface of the base material. An interface of two functional parts is connected with a connecting part to obtain a flexible strain sensor. USE - Preparation of flexible strain sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing conformal integration and accurate and reliable monitoring of the flexible strain sensor. The method enables adjusting the dispersed shape of the first functional filler and the second functional filler to make the functional characteristic of the flexible strain sensor to realize large amplitude adjustment by adjusting the dispersed shape of the first functional filler and the second functional filler so as to have multifunctional characteristic. The connecting part has better anti-stretchability, thus ensuring reliability of the flexible strain sensor under tensile deformation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible strain sensor prepared by the above mentioned method.
