▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of silicon carbon negative electrode material involves (s1) mixing silicon source and amino graphene and performing electrophoresis to prepare amino graphene/silicon source composite material, (s2) mixing the amino graphene/silicon source composite material and initiator and heating and reacting to prepare halogenated amide-modified graphene/silicon source composite material, (s3) mixing the halogenated amide-modified graphene/silicon source composite material, catalyst, electrolyte, reaction monomer, and solvent, performing electrochemical reaction under inert atmosphere, and (s4) separating the solid and liquid of the reaction product, drying the obtained solid and calcining under inert atmosphere. The silicon source is nano-silicon or silicon oxide. USE - Preparation of silicon carbon negative electrode material used in lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can synthesize resin on surface of silicon by electrochemical method, and the silicon is supplemented with lithium through action of electric field, which improves the first effect of the silicon-carbon negative electrode material, and carbon layer is not easy to break, which helps to improve the cycle performance and energy density of the silicon-carbon negative electrode material.
