▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - FET-based biosensor comprises (a) a graphene layer, (b) a source electrode and a drain electrode spaced apart from each other on the graphene layer, and (c) a ligand binding domain immobilized on the graphene layer, where the ligand binding domain comprises a venus fly trap (VFT) of a taste receptor type 1 member 1 (T1R1). USE - The FET-based biosensor is useful for real-time sensing of savory taste (claimed) such as sweet, salty, sour, and bitter taste. ADVANTAGE - The FET-based biosensor senses savory taste in real-time with high sensitivity, selectivity and reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for real-time sensing of savory taste, which involves adding a sample containing a savory taste to the biosensor.
