NOVELTY - An antistatic coating comprises vinyl resin, aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, modified graphene, epoxy acrylic resin, linear polydimethylsiloxane, silicone-acrylic emulsion, acrylate, methyl isovalerate, N-n-butylbenzoyl-2-sulfonimide, isopropyl cyclohexane, butylene glycol, aluminum hydroxide, diol ether, deionized water, antistatic additives, butylene glycol, catalyst, nano-silver, antioxidant, thickener, dispersant and stabilizer. USE - Antistatic coating for use in intelligent hood. ADVANTAGE - The economical antistatic coating has simple, effective and reasonable formulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antistatic coating comprises 20-35 pts. wt. vinyl resin, 45-50 pts. wt. aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy acrylic resin, 40-46 pts. wt. linear polydimethylsiloxane, 15-23 pts. wt. silicone-acrylic emulsion, 5-12 pts. wt. acrylate, 13-16 pts. wt. methyl isovalerate, 16-20 pts. wt. N-n-butylbenzoyl-2-sulfonimide, 26-28 pts. wt. isopropyl cyclohexane, 5-10 pts. wt. butylene glycol, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 5-10 pts. wt. diol ether, 5-10 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-10 pts. wt. antistatic additives, 6-12 pts. wt. butylene glycol, 0.5-1 pt. wt. catalyst, 3-8 pts. wt. nano-silver, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. thickener, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. stabilizer.
