▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene sheet in situ grown graphene reinforced aluminum matrix complex material comprises (i) performing surface treatment of graphite sheets to remove surface impurities, (ii) removing and reducing the surface of the graphite sheet, heating the graphite sheet to set temperature in an ambient atmosphere in which argon gas and hydrogen gas are simultaneously introduced, and keeping warm, (iii) introducing methane gas, providing carbon source for the graphene growth to obtain graphite sheet in situ growth graphene complex carbon material, (iv) preparing complex powder of in-situ growth graphene complex reinforcement of aluminum and graphite flakes, ball-milling the resultant material with aluminum powder to preparing uniformly mixed complex powder, and (v) placing the resultant complex powder into graphite mold, carrying out vacuum hot pressing and sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene sheet in situ grown graphene reinforced aluminum matrix complex material. ADVANTAGE - The complex material: has high thermal conductivity, and improves bending strength.
