NOVELTY - A bio-ceramics comprises a layered structure formed by alternately arranging graphene and matrix ceramics for each layer. The matrix ceramic is at least one of hydroxyapatite, alumina, zirconia, and barium titanate. The graphene accounts for 0.5-30% of the mass percentage of bioceramics with texture-like shell structure. USE - Bio-ceramics with texture imitating shell structure used in osteogenesis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ceramic simulates texture structure and growth of natural bone, can realize fine regulation of ceramic structure nano level.
