USE - The nano-composite material is used as a photocatalyst in degradation reaction of rhodamine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite material has good catalytic effect, and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing bismuth oxybromide/reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material, comprises (i) adding 0.5 g graphite powder and 1.5 g potassium permanganate into a round-bottomed flask containing 12 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, cooling with ice, magnetically stirring for 4 hours, heating at 35 degrees C, stirring at a constant temperature for 30 minutes, and adding 23 ml distilled water dropwise, and heating at 98 degrees C, stirring for 15 minutes, transferring the mixture into an ice water bath, adding 70 ml distilled water, adding 10 ml hydrogen peroxide of concentration 30%, and stirring for 30 minutes, until the solution turns yellow, centrifugally separating, and completely washing until the supernatant pH reaches 7, and drying the precipitate, to obtain lower graphene oxide layer; and (ii) adding 20 ml toluene into round-bottomed flask, stirring at 60 degrees C constant temperature for 30 minutes, adding 50-90 mg hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and 0.4-1.6 ml oleic acid, and continuously stirring until the mixture gets completely dissolved, and then adding 3-20 mg graphene oxide, stirring for 2 hours, and completely dispersing, to obtain a solution A, and adding 190 mL water at room temperature, and adding 10 ml nitric acid of concentration 65%, then adding 1.96 g bismuth (III) nitrate pentahydrate, and completely dissolving by stirring by using a glass rod, to obtain a solution B, and adding 0.5-1.5 ml solution B dropwise under stirring conditions into solution A, and continuously stirring for 12 hours, heating at 85 degrees C under reflux conditions, and maintaining temperature for 12 hours, and then reacting, and cooling to room temperature, centrifugally separating, washing, and drying to obtain solid product. The nano-composite material has flower-type intertwoven layered bismuth oxybromide and reduced graphene oxide three-dimensional structure.
