The sleeve pipe comprises a first sleeve pipe and a second sleeve pipe that are connected by a wire. The first sleeve is connected with the second sleeve through the wire. USE - High-voltage insulating sleeve pipe internal pressure graphene sensing device for use in a power transformer of a power system. Can also be used for an electric device.
