NOVELTY - Vacuum nitriding of samarium iron nitrogen powder comprises (i) placing the samarium iron nitrogen powder in the rotating powder barrel of the vacuum rotary nitriding furnace, and controlling the rotating powder barrel to rotate alternately in positive and negative directions, (ii) vacuuming the furnace body of the vacuum rotary nitriding furnace until the vacuum degree in the furnace body, (iii) filling the furnace body with nitrogen, and performing alternate nitrogen filling and discharging treatment, and heating the furnace body for nitriding treatment, and (iv) cooling and degassing, and taking out the samarium iron nitrogen powder. USE - The method is useful for vacuum nitriding of samarium iron nitrogen powder, ADVANTAGE - The method: controls the positive and negative rotation of the rotary powder cylinder of the vacuum rotary nitriding furnace and charging and discharging process control; improves the nitridding efficiency; can save nitrogen dosage; can bear enough large gas pressure in the cavity; ensures the nitrogen diffusion rate; improves nitrider pressure and graphene kinds of identity; reduces the nitrogen temperature difference; and improves the exhaust efficiency and quality of the nitrogen powder.
