NOVELTY - A high strength and high wear-resistant rubber includes 64-67 pts. wt. poly(styrene-b-(ethylene-propylene)-b-styrene) (SEPS) -type block copolymer, 27-30 pts. wt. neoprene polychloroprene-type rubber, 10-13 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 6-9 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent TMC-201, 1 2-1.5 pts. wt. vulcanization system, 12-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 35-38 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 30-33 pts. wt. mica powder, 16-19 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 3.5 pts. wt. water, 8-11 pts. wt. zinc borate, and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant NBC. USE - A high strength and high wear-resistant rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber has excellent abrasion resistance and strength, aging resistance, and oxidation resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high strength and high wear-resistant rubber comprises 64-67 pts. wt. SEPS-type block copolymer, 27-30 pts. wt. neoprene polychloroprene-type rubber, 10-13 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 6-9 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent TMC-201, 1 2-1.5 pts. wt. vulcanization system, 12-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. neodymium oxide, 35-38 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 30-33 pts. wt. mica powder, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 1-1.5 pts. wt. antimonous oxide, 16-19 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 3.5 pts. wt. water, 8-11 pts. wt. zinc borate, 1-1.5 pts. wt. pentaerythritol fatty acid ester, 2-2.4 pts. wt. citrate, and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant NBC. The vulcanizing system comprises 75-80 wt.% peroxide crosslinker, 10-15 wt.% sulfur, and 5-15 wt. co-crosslinking additive. The modified graphene is prepared by adding 252-255 pts. wt. humic acid with 2.5-2.6x 103 pts. wt. deionized water, dripping 0.05-0.08 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution to a pH of 8.2-9.2 to obtain a sodium humate solution; placing 52-55 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 5-6x 104 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonic processing at 16-19 KHz and 800-900 W for 1.3-1.6 hours to obtain graphene oxide suspension; and adding sodium humate solution while stirring at 2000-2300 revolutions/minute rpm for 2.1-2.4 hours, placing in a water bath at 83-86 degrees C, stirring at 1500-1800rpm, adding 83-87 wt.% hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring at 1500-1800rpm for 25-28 hours, and vacuum filtering for 28-32 minutes at 20-23 kPa.
