▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-iron gallate complex (I), is new. USE - New graphene-iron gallate complex used as solid propellant combustion catalyst for thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate. ADVANTAGE - The compound (I) has excellent catalytic effect which can increase burning rate of ammonium perchlorate-hydroxyl polybutadiene composite propellant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-iron gallate complex of formula (I), is new. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the compound (I), which involves (1) adding dispersed graphene oxide ethanol dispersion in three-necked flask, dissolving gallic acid in distilled water at 70 degrees C, adding aqueous solution of gallic acid in drops to dispersed graphene oxide ethanol dispersion, reacting at 90 degrees C for 2-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, collecting the solid by centrifugation and washing with ethanol to obtain graphene-gallic acid complex, (2) dispersing the graphene-gallate complex in step (1) in ethanol, mixing with the prepared ferrous chloride aqueous solution, reacting at 50-60 degrees C for 2-12 hours, cooling to room temperature, collecting the solid by centrifugation and washing with ethanol. The mass ratio of graphene- gallic acid complex to ferrous chloride is 0.2-1:1. The volume ratio of ethanol to water is 2-5:1. The mass ratio of gallic acid to graphene oxide is 5-15:1.
