NOVELTY - A graphene-based non-combustible polystyrene foamed insulation board is prepared by mixing mixed material and binder. The mixed material is prepared by mixing polystyrene foamed particles and graphene nano-powder solution. The specific gravity of polystyrene foamed particles is 8-20 kg/m3. The graphene nano-powder solution is prepared by mixing graphene nano-powder and water. The binder is modified aqueous epoxy binder, modified phenolic resin binder, modified polyester resin binder, modified melamine-formaldehyde resin binder or modified urea-formaldehyde resin binder. USE - Graphene-based non-combustible polystyrene foamed insulation board is used as energy-saving internal and external wall insulation material and energy-saving roof insulation material for manufacturing composite insulation board used in field of energy saving and insulation of internal and external walls (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based non-combustible polystyrene foamed insulation board has excellent fire resistance and energy-saving property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based non-combustible polystyrene foamed insulation board is prepared by mixing mixed material and binder. The mixed material is prepared by mixing polystyrene foamed particles and graphene nano-powder solution in mass ratio of 1:1-5. The specific gravity of polystyrene foamed particles is 8-20 kg/m3. The graphene nano-powder solution is prepared by mixing graphene nano-powder and water in mass ratio of 1:10-50. The binder is modified aqueous epoxy binder, modified phenolic resin binder, modified polyester resin binder, modified melamine-formaldehyde resin binder or modified urea-formaldehyde resin binder. The modified aqueous epoxy binder comprises 100 parts mass modified epoxy resin, 1-3 parts mass Tween 80 (RTM: polysorbate 80), 1 part mass magnesium chloride, 30 parts mass deionized water and 10-20 parts mass curing agent (C1). The curing agent is C-328 curing agent. The mass ratio of modified aqueous epoxy resin binder and mixed material is 28-155:1. The modified aqueous epoxy resin is isocyanate-modified medium-epoxy value aqueous epoxy resin or isocyanate-modified high-epoxy value aqueous epoxy resin. The modified phenolic resin binder comprises modified phenolic resin and curing agent (C2) in mass ratio of 100:10-30. The curing agent (C2) is water, 98.4 %mass sulfuric acid, 30-35 %mass phosphoric acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid. The mass ratio of water and 98.4 %mass sulfuric acid is 3:1. The mass ratio of water and 30-35 %mass phosphoric acid is 1:1. The mass ratio of water and p-toluenesulfonic acid is 1:1. The mass ratio of modified phenolic resin binder and mixed material is 10-30:1. The modified phenolic resin is polyvinyl acetal-modified phenolic resin, polyamide-modified phenolic resin, epoxy-modified phenolic resin, ether formaldehyde resin or xylene-modified phenolic resin. The modified polyester resin binder comprises modified polyester resin and curing agent (C3) in mass ratio of 100:5-10. The curing agent (C3) is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. The mass ratio of modified polyester binder resin and mixed material is 10-30:1. The modified polyester resin is epoxy polyester resin. The modified melamine-formaldehyde resin binder comprises modified melamine-formaldehyde resin and curing agent (C4) in mass ratio of 100:8-10. The curing agent comprises 98.4 %mass sulfuric acid. The mass ratio of modified melamine-formaldehyde resin binder and mixed material is 100:10-30. The modified melamine-formaldehyde resin is a silicone-modified melamine-formaldehyde resin. The modified urea-formaldehyde resin binder comprises modified urea-formaldehyde resin and curing agent (C5) in mass ratio of 100:10-30. The curing agent (C5) comprises water, 98.4 %mass sulfuric acid, 30-35 %mass phosphoric acid and 30-36.5 %mass hydrochloric acid. The mass ratio of water and 98.4 %mass sulfuric acid is 1:3. The mass ratio of water and 30-35 %mass phosphoric acid is 1:3. The mass ratio of water and 30-36.5 %mass hydrochloric acid is 1:3. The mass ratio of modified urea-formaldehyde resin binder and mixed material is 10-20:1. The modified urea-formaldehyde resin is melamine-modified urea-formaldehyde resin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based non-combustible polystyrene foamed insulation board.
