ADVANTAGE - The nanomaterial has high thermal stability, excellent dispersibility in solvent, and is efficiently and economically prepared with high productivity by simple and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nanomaterial comprises alcohol-amine functionalized graphene derivative of formula (I). n=2-4. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanomaterial, which involves preparing solid graphite oxide powder by modified Hummers method, preparing graphene oxide-dimethylformamide suspension using graphite oxide powder, preparing organic solution of alkanolamine, adding organic solution of alkanolamine to graphene oxide-dimethylformamide suspension, stirring at room temperature, filtering under vacuum, washing and drying.
