▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing waterproof and moisture-permeable nanofiber film comprises (i) dissolving the thermoplastic polyurethane in the mixed solution of dimethylacetamide and acetone, adding modified boric acid and stirring uniformly to obtain the thermoplastic polyurethane spinning solution, (ii) gradually adding the polytetrafluoroethylene into the thermoplastic polyurethane spinning solution, stirring uniformly, adding lithium chloride, after uniformly mixing, gradually adding graphene mixing uniformly to obtain the thermoplastic polyurethane/polytetrafluoroethylene spinning solution and (iii) adjusting the temperature and humidity, adding thermoplastic polyurethane/polytetrafluoroethylene spinning solution into the injector, setting the static spinning machine parameter and performing electrostatic spinning to obtain the waterproof and moisture-permeable nanofiber film. USE - The nanofiber film is useful in T-shirt, garment, shoes, hat and medical supplies fields. ADVANTAGE - The film has good windproof and waterproof properties and has good air permeability and moisture drainage, and has mechanical properties also within a suitable range and the elongation at break is ≥ 205.6%, tensile strength ≥ 25.06 Mpa, water pressure resistance ≥ 12312.7 mmH2O, moisture permeability ≥ 25432.1 g/m2d, air permeability ≥ 2.98 mm/second and water contact angle ≥ 169.4℃. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for waterproof and moisture-permeable nanofiber film, obtained by the above-mentioned method.
