▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sheet has multiple graphene layers whose lower part is fixed with a substrate. The graphene layers are arranged in a graphene sheet body. Thickness of the graphene sheet body is 1-2 mm. The graphene sheet body is provided with a grain boundary-shaped metal. Size of the grain boundary shape is 10-10 mm. Optical transmittance rate percent of the graphene sheet body is 80. The graphene sheet body is connected with a display device. Surface resistance of the graphene sheet body is 2740/square or less. USE - Graphene sheet for a transparent electrode of a battery of a solar cell of a display device such as LDC device, electronic paper display device and photoelectric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sheet ensures better manufacturing process. The sheet reduces manufacturing cost of an excellent display device.
