NOVELTY - The gate has a first straight wave-guide whose left end is connected to a right end of a first arc wave-guide. A rear end of the first arc wave-guide is connected to a front end of a second arc wave-guide. A left end of the second arc wave-guide is connected to the first straight wave-guide and the second straight wave-guide. The first straight wave-guide is connected between two junctions. A rear end of the third arc wave-guide is connected to a third straight wave-guide. A right end of the second straight wave-guide is connected with a FredKin gate. A rear end of the third straight wave-guide is connected with an output end of the FredKin gate. USE - Graphene surface plasma exciting element based Fredkin gate. ADVANTAGE - The gate has better graphene surface plasmon FredKin door function, small size, compact structure and strong resistance.
