▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cathode material comprises a silicon-based material and a sheet-shaped carbon fluoride, where the diameter-to-thickness ratio of the sheet-shaped carbon fluoride is greater than 2. USE - The cathode material is useful in electrochemical device of an electronic device (claimed) e.g. lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material has improved compaction density and volumetric energy density and improved the cycle performance, has theoretical specific capacity of silicon-based materials reaches 4200 mAh/g, which is much higher than that of carbon materials (372 mAh/g), and promises cathode material for next-generation electrochemical devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a cathode part comprising a current collector, an active material layer located on the current collector, where the active material layer comprises the cathode material; and (2) an electrochemical device, comprising a cathode part, a anode part, and a separator arranged between the anode part and the cathode part.
