NOVELTY - Preparation device comprises a cavity with a certain depth formed by bottom portion (1) and a sides (2), and the inner walls of the sides in each direction are equipped with independently adjustable height clamps (3) for clamping the polyimide thermally conductive grid film. The distance between the polyimide thermal grid film and the bottom is 0.1-0.9 times the thickness of the integrated polyimide thermally conductive mesh film/thermally conductive silica gel composite material with a soft surface. The thermally conductive silica gel forms a thickness in the direction of the polyimide thermally conductive mesh film based on the bottom, and the polyimide thermally conductive mesh film is immersed in the thermally conductive silica gel. USE - Preparation device used for preparing integrated polyimide thermally conductive grid film/thermally conductive silica gel composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation device has excellent thermal conductivity, has low hardness, is bendable and not easy to crack, greatly improves the heat transfer capacity of the thermally conductive material, and produces a composite material with a soft surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite material prepared by above-mentioned method comprising (a) immersing the polyimide thermally conductive grid film in the ethanol solution of the silane coupling agent, leaving still to soak, and drying to obtain a surface silane-modified polyimide thermally conductive grid film, where the volume ratio of the silane coupling agent to the absolute ethanol in the ethanol solution of the silane coupling agent is 1:(1-5), (b) clamping the polyimide thermally conductive grid film in the preparation device, and the height of the grid film from the bottom of the preparation device is adjusted according to the desired position of the grid film in the composite material, and (c) pouring thermally conductive silica gel into the preparation device and performing curing to obtain an integrated polyimide thermally conductive grid film/thermally conductive silica gel composite material with a soft surface.
