▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Soft X-ray filter comprises a graphene support layer surface is coated with an aluminum film and fixed with a frame structure. USE - The soft X-ray filter is useful in detection field. ADVANTAGE - The soft X-ray filter: uses graphene as supporting structure of the aluminum film, so that the energy is near to the 277eV and transmittance can reach more than 90% and overcomes the problem that the current filter to the energy range transmittances bottom; provides lowest transmission rate is more than 95% for the energy of 400-1000eV of photon of pass rate especially for photons with energy greater than 1000eV which are almost completely transmitted. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing soft X-ray filter.
