NOVELTY - Antiaging protective coating comprises 8-10 pts. wt. silica sol, 12-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. methyl acrylate, 4-6 pts. wt. resorcinol formaldehyde resin, 18-20 pts. wt. calcium sulfate silane surface modified graphene, 4-5 pts. wt. diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. 2,2'-azobis(2,4-dimethylvaleronitrile), 1-2 pts. wt. polyetheramine, 1-2 pts. wt. benzyl alcohol and 25-30 pts. wt. solvent. The calcium sulfate silane surface modified graphene is prepared by the following method: taking calcium nitrate and dissolving in absolute ethanol, adding graphene powder, dispersing, adding dilute sulfuric acid, stirring until the reaction is complete, filtering to obtain a solid, then adding the solid to absolute ethanol, adding calcium silane coupling agent, heating and refluxing, stirring, filtering, washing using absolute ethanol, and drying to obtain the calcium sulfate silane surface modified graphene. USE - The coating is used in building industry, particularly for building coating, and the requirement of people to the protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has improved wear-resistant performance, anti-aging performance, abrasion resistance, water resistance and weather resistance, and is not easy to fall off.
