NOVELTY - A graphene nano-layer comprises 100 pts. wt. graphite, 10-15 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-8 pts. wt. modifier, 150-200 pts. wt. ethanol aqueous solution, 120-150 pts. wt. graphite expansion liquid, 110-170 pts. wt. oxidizing liquid, and 18-26 pts. wt. carboxylic acid modifier. USE - Graphene nano-layer for photovoltaic degradation. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nano-layer effectively repairs the pores and vacancy defects of graphene, and has greatly improved conductive efficiency and increased photo-degradation rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of the graphene nano-layer, which involves (1) weighing graphite material, and crushing to particles of nano level, (2) placing the pulverized graphite material in aqueous ethanol solution, adding dispersant, resin, and modifier, and ultrasonically processing to obtain graphite suspension, (3) spraying the graphite suspension on a substrate to form a nano-graphite layer, (4) placing the substrate with the nano-graphite layer in oven, drying, calcining at high temperature, and forming an uniform film layer, (5) placing the substrate with nano-graphite film layer in the graphite expansion liquid to react, and filtering to obtain nano graphite expansion film, and (6) placing the substrate with the nano-graphite expansion film in an oxidizing solution, adding carboxylic acid modifier, and reacting.
