NOVELTY - The system comprises a box cover hinged on top part of a sampling box (1). The inner part of the sampling box is provided with a contact radiating mechanism (5). The top of a clapboard (3) is provided with an inserting hole (6). The top of the clapboard and the periphery of the inserting hole is provided with an anti-falling pressing mechanism (7). The bottom of the sampling box is provided with a buffer protection mechanism (8). The inner side of the surface of a return heat-conducting pipe is contact with the front and back of a graphene heat-conducting plate (51). The water outlet of a circulating pump (56) is connected with a conveying pipe (59). The bottom of the inner wall of the sampling box is fixed with a storage battery. The storage battery is electrically connected with the circulating pump through lead. USE - Sampling system for collecting and sampling food in a market and detecting content of various microorganisms and trace elements in the food sample based on food detection. ADVANTAGE - The sampling system is convenient for cooling the food sample in the test tube by means of heat transfer, effectively preventing food sample deterioration, the storage effect is good, the structure is simple, through the anti-falling pressing mechanism, effectively clamping and limiting test tube, and can effectively prevent test tube from being broken and damaged.
