NOVELTY - The method involves forming a signal measurement unit on a substrate. An electronic device is arranged to form a predetermined angle with an object to be inspected, where the predetermined angle is an angle at which stress acting in a horizontal direction on the electronic device becomes zero. The signal measurement unit includes a two-dimensional film selected from a group consisting of graphene, transition metal chalcogenide, black phosphorus, hydrogen boron nitride and combinations. The substrate is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylenically, polymethylene, polyurethane acrylate (PUA), polyamide (PA), polypropylene (PP), polybutylene (PBT), polytrimethylen, polyimide (PTT), polyvinylidene fluoride (PDF), polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) on the substrate. USE - Method for arranging a two-dimensional film-type electronic device on an object. ADVANTAGE - The influence of dynamic noise is minimized. The life of the electronic device is extended by preventing damage and deterioration of the device caused by dynamic noise. The accuracy is improved due to less influence by dynamic noises.
