NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/graphene hybrid film comprises e. g. (i) laying a layer of polyethylene film with thickness of 50-100 mm on the flat copper plate, discharging the air bubbles between the film and the copper plate, and ensuring good contact between the film and the copper plate; (ii) mixing the graphene oxide solution with the graphene powder and diluting with an ethanol solution, performing magnetic stirring for 24-48 hours and obtaining mixed solution of graphene oxide with mass content of 25-75%; (iii) taking the graphene oxide/graphene hybrid solution, placing on the copper plate, and uniformly scraping the oxide oxide/graphene hybrid solution onto the copper substrate using a Meyer rod or a threaded iron rod; and (iv) placing the copper plate with the film on the heating table and heating at 80-100 degrees C, drying the graphene oxide/graphene hybrid solution to form film, and removing the copper plate and cooling to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/graphene hybrid film. ADVANTAGE - The film has metal luster, good flexibility and good conductive property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/graphene hybrid film comprises (i) laying a layer of polyethylene film with thickness of 50-100 mm on the flat copper plate, discharging the air bubbles between the film and the copper plate, and ensuring good contact between the film and the copper plate; (ii) mixing the graphene oxide solution with the graphene powder and diluting with an ethanol solution, performing magnetic stirring for 24-48 hours and obtaining mixed solution of graphene oxide with mass content of 25-75%; (iii) taking the graphene oxide/graphene hybrid solution, placing on the copper plate, and uniformly scraping the oxide oxide/graphene hybrid solution onto the copper substrate using a Meyer rod or a threaded iron rod; (iv) placing the copper plate with the film on the heating table and heating at 80-100 degrees C, drying the graphene oxide/graphene hybrid solution to form film, removing the copper plate and cooling to room temperature; (v) repeating steps (iii) and (iv) to perform layer coating to obtain graphene oxide/graphene hybrid film; (vi) cutting the graphene oxide/graphene hybrid film into a mold size, placing in a graphite mold and subjecting to hot press sintering in a vacuum atmosphere to thermally reduce and densify the film.
