▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A battery (100) comprises a substrate (102); a composite cathode (104) disposed on the substrate; a solid-state electrolyte (108) disposed on the composite cathode; and a lithium anode (112) disposed on the solid-state electrolyte, where the composite cathode comprises a gel polymer electrolyte layer and a porous cathode active material layer. USE - A battery. ADVANTAGE - The gel composite cathode greatly reduces cathode/SSE interfacial resistance, restrains leakage of liquid electrolyte due to its integrated cathode material/gel electrolyte structure, is highly lithium-ion and electronic conductive, comprises crosslinked ion paths formed, comprises an in-situ formed gel polymer electrolyte layer on a surface of cathode, and improves cycling performance of solid state batteries comprising the gel composite cathode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) battery (100) comprising a composite cathode (104); a solid-state electrolyte (108) disposed on composite cathode; and a lithium anode (112) disposed on the solid-state electrolyte, where the battery has a capacity retention of at least 50% after 100 cycles; and a cathode/solid-state electrolytes (SSE) interfacial resistance of no more than 500 Ohmcm2; and (2) forming a cathode for a solid-state battery which involves mixing an active cathode material, at least one of a conductive carbon component and an electronic conductive component, and a polymer binder in dipolar aprotic organic solvent to form a slurry; immersing the slurry in a non-solvent to form a porous disc structure by phase conversion; and immersing the porous disc structure in a liquid electrolyte to form the cathode.
