▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - 4-mercaptobenzothiazole boronic acid (MPB)-immobilized graphene oxide (GO) composite nanomaterial (GO/PEI/Au/MPB) contains GO-modified polyethylene imine (PEI) which has electrostatic interactions between GO and PEI in which polyethylene imine acts as reducing agent and immobilizing agent, and gold nanoparticle-modified GO composite nanoparticle obtained by in-situ generating GO fixed on gold nanoparticles in which gold nanoparticle-modified GO composite material in ethanol solution serves as matrix for immobilized MPB. USE - 4-mercaptobenzothiazole boronic acid-immobilized graphene oxide composite nanomaterial for enriching glycopeptide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite nanomaterial contains large amount of oxygen-containing groups on surface and has less non-specific adsorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of GO/PEI/Au/MPB which involves ultrasonicating 0.1-1 mg/L GO solution for 1-3 hours, completely peeling off GO to obtain homogeneous solution, adding PEI which is 60-3500 times mass of GO, vigorously stirring for 30-60 minutes, ultrasonically stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain homogenous GO/PEI, centrifuging to remove unreacted PEI, dissolving GO/PEI in 0.1-20 ml deionized solution, adding chloroauric acid (HAuCl4.3H2O) which is 1/3-1/160 mass of PEI, uniformly shaking, stirring in water bath at 50-120 degrees C for 20-120 minutes until wine red gold nanoparticle forms, completing reaction to obtain gold nanoparticle-modified GO (GO/PEI/Au) composite nanomaterial, centrifugally cleaning, freeze-drying, dissolving GO/PEI/Au composite nanomaterial in 1-20 ml anhydrous ethanol, adding MPB to obtain final concentration of 15.4-30.8 mg/ml, and vigorously shaking at room temperature in the dark for 12-24 hours.
