NOVELTY - Poly-acid and graphene composite material, is claimed. The poly-acid is uniformly dispersed adsorbed on the graphene surface preparation, thus it becomes a functional composite material as a molecular cluster material. USE - The polyacid and graphene composites are useful for electrocatalytic hydrogenation of electrocatalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyacid with graphene composite material can be obtained by one-step in-situ electrolytic reduction method. The catalyst has high activity, has commercialized platinum/carbon catalyst has lower over potential and better stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of poly-acid and graphene composite material comprising dispersing acid and graphene oxide (GO) and dissolving in the sulfuric acid solution, and then for electrolytic reduction at a specific potential, polyacid is firstly carrying out electrolytic reduction, subsequent reduction of the acid can be reduced graphene oxide to obtain graphene material, returning the reduced state acid to the oxidation state and adsorbed on the surface of the graphene to obtain the acid and graphene composite material.
