NOVELTY - Micro-crosslinked antistatic graphene-based polypropylene composite material comprises 70-90 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0-20 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 2-3 pts. wt. processing additives, 0.01-0.1 pt. wt. initiator and 5-10 pts. wt. graphene-based antistatic masterbatch comprising 85-95 pts. wt. elastomer, 5-20 pts. wt. graphene microchip, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-5 pts. wt. processing additive, 0.01-0.1 pt. wt. initiator and 0.1-2 pts. wt. cross-linking additive. USE - As micro-crosslinked antistatic graphene-based polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is relatively low in the addition amount of the crosslinking agent of the resin phase and the reinforcing phase, has certain fluidity and is easy to process under the premise of meeting the antistatic requirements.
