NOVELTY - The antenna unit has a strip-shaped metal structure located below a medium substrate. A metal pattern layer is located above the medium substrate, where the strip-shaped metal structure is formed of multiple metal strips that are arranged in parallel interval. The metal pattern layer is provided with an annular gap of a circular ring. The circular ring is provided with a first graphene structure and a second graphene structure that are bridged at two ends of the annular gap on the circular ring, where an included angle between a central point of the first graphene structure and a central point of the second graphene structure and a center point of the annular gap is satisfied. The medium substrate is made of quartz or sapphire material. The metal pattern layer is made of gold. USE - Graphene based terahertz intelligent ultra-surface antenna unit. ADVANTAGE - The antenna unit solves the problem that the phase control mode of the ultra-surface antenna unit cannot be suitable for millimetre wave high frequency band and terahertz frequency band.
