NOVELTY - Polytetrafluoroethylene/barium sulfate complex material comprises barium sulfate, polyfluortetraethylene, carbon fiber, nano diamond powder, steel fiber, rubber powder, erucamide, graphene oxide, silicon dioxide, silane coupling agent KH550, ethanol, acetic acid, polyisocyanate JQ-1, dimethyl formamide (DMF), 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP), dicyclohexyl carbodiimide (DCC) and water. USE - Used as polytetrafluoroethylene/barium sulfate complex material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves the tensile strength of polytetrafluoroethylene; improves fusion of the fine filler e.g. silicon dioxide and aluminum powder sintering at high temperature to the teflon surface; improves the sintering state of the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene and the bonding strength; and improves the gloss and biocompatibility of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polytetrafluoroethylene/barium sulfate complex material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 80-90 pts. wt. polyfluortetraethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 3-6 pts. wt. nano diamond powder, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. rubber powder, 1-2 pts. wt. erucamide, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 30-40 pts. wt. ethanol (95%), acetic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethyl formamide (DMF), 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP), 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexyl carbodiimide (DCC), 90-100 pts. wt. water, where the carbon fiber has a median length of 75-150 m, the steel fiber has a the median length of 50-150 microns and fluorine rubber powder is 80-200 meshes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polytetrafluoroethylene/barium sulfate complex material comprising (a) adding carbon fiber into 20-25 pts. wt. ethanol solvent (95%), ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, adding acetic acid to adjust pH to 4-5, adding 8-12 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, stirring for 8-15 hours, washing with deionized water and vacuum drying, (b) oxidizing the graphene oxide to the graphene peroxide in the remaining 95% ethanol solvent by glow discharge plasma technology, (c) adding graphene peroxide to dimethylformamide (DMF), ultrasonically stirring for for 2-3 hours, sequentially adding 4- dimethylamino pyridine (DMAP), dicyclohexyl carbodiimide (DCC) and carbon fiber, reacting for 18-36 hours, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying, to obtain graphene peroxide grafted carbon fibers, (d) adding the rubber powder into the polyisocyanate JQ- 1, mechanically stirring uniformly, adding dried steel fiber and nano diamond powder, continuously and mechanically stirring for 1-3 hours, water washing and drying, (e) mixing graphene peroxide grafted carbon fibers and 70-75 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene in a high speed mixer, cold pressing and forming, sintering at 360-390 degrees C, molding, to obtain plate sample with the diameter of 150-250 mm and thickness of 4-3 mm, (f) placing the tabular sample into the dipping-coating liquid of step (e), taking out, drying in an oven at 80-100 degrees C for 4-8 minutes, sintering for 10-30 minutes at 120-200 degrees C in a muffle furnace and taking out, preparing dipping-coating liquid comprising taking grinding silicon dioxide with the remaining polytetrafluoroethylene and silane coupling agent KH550, dispersing in water and ultrasonically dispersing uniformly.
