NOVELTY - The reduction method of graphene oxide involves (1) adding graphene oxide to solvent (I), ultrasonically reacting to give graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (2) adding palladium nano material to solvent (II), ultrasonically reacting, obtaining palladium dispersion liquid, (3) mixing dispersion liquids of step (I) and (II), ultrasonically reacting, obtaining dispersion liquid, (4) filtering dispersion liquid to obtain graphene oxide-palladium thin film, (5) placing the resulting graphene oxide-palladium thin film in reduction atmosphere of hydrogen and carrying out cryogenic reduction. USE - Low temperature reduction of graphene oxide (claimed).
