ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/chitosan quaternary ammonium salt composite material has excellent biocompatibility, and is non-toxic and free of side effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene oxide/chitosan quaternary ammonium salt composite material, which involves adding the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt to an aqueous solution of graphene oxide, and stirring at 20-30 degrees C for 12-24 hours; and (2) use of graphene oxide/chitosan quaternary ammonium salt composite material in drug loading system.
