DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene composite material-based nanoskeleton, which involves adopting a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method, using a mixed gas of a carbon-containing gas and an auxiliary gas as a carbon source, growing three-dimensional graphene on the nanoskeleton, preparing several nanoparticles/nanowires and/or at least one layer of nanofilm on the surface of the three-dimensional graphene nanosheet. The auxiliary gas comprises argon and hydrogen.
