NOVELTY - Graphene masterbatch comprises 20-25 wt.% graphene, 5-10 wt.% lubricant, 5-10 wt.% dispersant, and 55-70 wt.% carrier resin. USE - Graphene particle for anti-static yarn-static carpet used in vehicle door, touch instrument desk, and seat of vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The volume resistance of the antistatic carpet surface is within the standard range of the volume resistance of 106-1012, conducive to the release of static electricity on the human body, has good antistatic performance, conducive to the release of static electricity from passengers and drivers, and prevents traffic accidents caused by static electricity attacks while driving. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: i. method for preparing graphene master batch involves weighing and mixing uniformly at 70-80°C, plasticizing, cutting, filtering, water-cooling and pelletizing by a screw extruder to obtain the graphene master batch; ii. yarn, which comprises a graphene masterbatch; iii. method for making yarn; and iv. an antistatic carpet, which comprises antistatic blanket surface, styrene-butadiene copolymer layer, foam layer, and anti-skid bottom layer.
