NOVELTY - A copper foil (10) comprises copper plating layer and/or copper sputter layer, and has surface roughness of 0.5 mu m or less and (111) plane ratio of 60% or more in the surface. USE - Copper foil is used for manufacturing graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel cell, transparent electrode, conductive thin film of display element, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, composite material and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The copper foil is economical and has excellent quality and productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene (20).
