NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene coated textile fabric involves soaking fabric in 2-3 mg/mL solution containing dopamine hydrochloride at 15-25 degrees C for 20-25 hours, adding pH buffer to obtain dopamine pretreated fabric, placing 1.5-2.5 mg/mL graphene oxide solution in dip bath immersion tank, passing the dopamine pretreated fabric through two-dip two-rolling process at 40-60 degrees C, padding graphene oxide solution onto dopamine pretreated fabric, rolling at rate of 60-80% to obtain fabric impregnated with graphene oxide solution, adding fabric impregnated with graphene oxide solution to 1.5-3 wt.% reducing agent, and reducing graphene oxide to graphene at 88-92 degrees C. The pH of dopamine hydrochloride is 8.4-8.6 after the addition of pH buffer. USE - Preparation of graphene coated textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The prepared fabric has excellent water resistance and antistatic property.
