NOVELTY - PTFE filter material with antistatic coating comprises PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) base layer and antistatic layer covering the surface of PTFE base layer, where the antistatic layer comprising 42-50 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 25-35 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 38-46 pts. wt. nanographene, 33-48 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 6-10 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 2-5 pts. wt. auxiliary additives, and 8-20 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - PTFE filter material with antistatic coating used in dust-removing filter bag (claimed) for removing static. ADVANTAGE - The PTFE filter material with antistatic coating has excellent antistatic ability under high temperature environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a polytetrafluoroethylene filter material with antistatic coating, which involves: a. mixing acrylic resin, polytetrafluoroethylene, nano-graphene, ethyl acetate, nano-alumina and deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-40 minutes, then adding auxiliary agents, and mixing well; and b. spraying the antistatic coating evenly on the surface of the polytetrafluoroethylene base.
