▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-strength refractory brick comprises 15-30 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 20-40 pts. wt. diatomite mine tailing, 3-10 pts. wt. alumina powder, 6-12 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. coal gangue, 2-6 pts. wt. bauxite, 2-5 pts. wt. refractory clay, 3-8 pts. wt. inorganic fiber, 0.5-3.5 pts. wt. binding agent, 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 2-6 pts. wt. foaming agent and 40-60 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - High-strength refractory brick. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength refractory brick has excellent fire-resistant property, low production cost, good application prospect, and meets requirement of industry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-strength refractory brick, which involves: (A) weighing expanded perlite, diatomite mine tailing, alumina powder, silicon carbide powder, graphene, coal gangue, auxite and refractory clay, and pulverizing and mixing it into 200-300 mesh fine powder to obtain mixed powder A; (B) adding mixture A to deionized water, and adding a binding agent, a water reducing agent and inorganic fibers, and mixing it to obtain a slurry B; (C) mixing the foaming agent with water in a ratio of 1:10-15, and foaming it to obtain a foam C; and (D) mixing slurry B with the foam C, pouring it into a mold to cast a brick, drying brick, and then sintering it into a high-temperature furnace to obtain final product.
