NOVELTY - Modified engineering plastic material comprises 58-75 pts. wt. polystyrene, 10-20 pts. wt. toughening agent, 6-12 pts. wt. flame retardant, 6-10 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-9 pts. wt. softener, 4-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-5 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, and 5-10 pts. wt. stabilizer. USE - The modified engineering plastic material is useful in different usage scenarios. ADVANTAGE - The modified engineering plastic material: utilizes glass fiber and graphene which has improved wear resistance, high strength and high flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified engineering plastic material comprising (i) placing toughener original particles, flame retardant original particles, softener original particles, antioxidant original particles, lubricant original particles and stabilizer original particles in mixing tank, stirring at 80-150 revolutions/minute for 8-10 minutes, mixing materials evenly to obtain additive mixture, (ii) placing certain amount of polystyrene raw particles, glass fiber and graphene in mixer, stirring at speed of 80-150 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, mixing materials evenly, then placing mixed materials in extruder for mixing, extruding and granulating, allowing to cool to room temperature to obtain engineering plastic basic raw material particles, (iii) placing additive mixture and engineering plastic basic raw material particles in mixer, stirring at speed of 100-160 revolutions/minute for 15-20 minutes, mixing all materials evenly, then placing mixed materials in extruder, extruding and granulating to obtain modified engineering plastic particles.
